With February right
around the corner ~ the longest month of the year for many Utahans who are
tired on the inversion ~ why not escape to the beauty of Zion National Park
and Bryce Canyon National
Park.
Did you know that
Bryce Canyon is the most rural place in the United States where 2,500 stars can
be seen on a clear night? Take in the splendor where the Milky Way stretches
across the night sky and where Jupiter and Venus are bright enough to cast your
shadow at their Night Sky
Programs.
Zion National
Park is one of my favorite destinations to escape the biting cold and enjoy
another aspect of the many wonders of Utah. The Park is home to some
breathtaking freestanding arches which continue to impress visitors time
and again. A short distance away stands the spectacular Kolob
Canyons with their deep red Navajo sandstone and rugged cliffs.
